Art Updates
Character Movements
Character movement is a huge part of any gaming experience, so it has to be top-tier.
The 3D animations in this update have taken a huge leap (literally) from the first ones you saw in the dev update 2.
The art team’s attention to detail is immaculate! Down to the sway of the character’s hair (Yup, even your girlfriend doesn't pay this much attention to her hair).
Can you FEEL the power of that kick? That jumping punch? If it already feels good looking at it, imagine how you would feel playing this!
Character Design
There's been a lot of progress in character design from the earlier character designs introduced in Dev Update 4, with the two female characters introduced here.
We are making the characters much more relatable by infusing real-life cultures from our world.

Ancient Ruins Walls WIP
Now, you really have to use your imagination here.
You’re looking at some test animations for the Ancient Ruins environment from Dev Update 5.
It might not look like much, but if you close your eyes, you can already see the endless hallways and maybe even a hidden chamber or two.
Ancient Temple Entrance Progress
Imagine needing a step stool just to reach the doorknob. That's the kind of scale we're talking about with these ancient temples.
These concept images show how our hero stacks up against the entrance alone.
Now compare this with the other ancient temple structures you’ve seen in previous dev updates.
Fruits, vegetables, and the marketplace
We're not responsible for any sudden urges to build a farm or raid your fridge after seeing these amazing new props.
These realistic props are the finishing touches your Seedworld creation needs.
The good news is that you can grab them all at the Seedworld Shop (keep your fingers crossed for this one).
Game Design
We're excited to announce some changes to the game to keep things fresh and exciting for everyone. Here's the scoop:
New Subscription Model: To ensure a balanced ecosystem, we are including a subscription model in the game economy. While access to the game is open to everyone without a subscription, most of the tokenized rewards are exclusively for subscribers.
Subscription Perks: Subscribe and unlock cool stuff! You'll get access to ranked leaderboard rewards, exclusive cosmetics you can't get anywhere else, and more perks on top of the free rewards everyone gets.
NFT Bonus: Mounts and Vanguards holders get a free subscription and even more NFT-based rewards!
Seasonal Rewards: Get special rewards just for being subscribed each season. Think of it like a bonus prize pack!
Daily Login Boost: Subscribed players also get a special tier of daily login rewards. Every day counts!
Development: The Latest Tech Achievements
We are doing R&D on player chat! Which will include both text chat and voice chat.
We have created new sub-teams and conducted technical assessments to prepare for the new game mode and creation tools coming to Seedworld.
Improvement of processes, structures, and CI/CD pipelines, preparing for multiple feature teams and faster QA deliveries to test the new game mechanics features.
Improvements to building mechanics.
Implementation of combat features.
UX/UI improvements:
New game mode Mockup in continuation.
Integration of the first wave of finalized assets into the production codebase source project within the Unreal Engine.
