We're thrilled to introduce our first NFT staking feature in Seedworld!
Thanks for your patience and for being such a supportive community. Let's kick off this new chapter together, exploring how our NFTs can do more for all of us.
Staking Introduction
We’re kicking off the Seedworld Mounts and Vanguards soft staking.
We want to make sure you can earn rewards from holding your NFTs without the extra cost of transaction fees. It’s all about giving back to our holders and making your experience as rewarding as possible, without the added expense.
Staking Rewards
Here’s how our new soft staking system works: users will earn ‘points’ credited to their accounts every day. There's no need to disconnect or reconnect your wallet for the updates to happen, making it super easy and hassle-free.
We have allocated 15% of the total $SWORLD supply, 20% at TGE, and an 8-month linear reward schedule after a month cliff.
Multipliers from Play-to-Airdrop and SocialFi systems will also be dedicated to NFT holders so that our community can earn more $SWORLD tokens through active participation in these events.
Different NFTs will earn you varying points per day according to the Vanguards skin and Mounts varieties below. Seed Pods will be rewarded with 1 point each day until they are revealed as a Vanguard. Once revealed the points system will apply according to their skins.
Getting Started
This section will walk you through the essential steps to begin your staking journey and various dashboard features.
Connect Wallet
To start staking, simply connect your wallet and sign to confirm. This is an off-chain transaction that does not require fee payment.
Once connected, the dashboard will appear, giving you access to all the staking features and options.

Stake Your First NFT
Let’s get into how to stake your first NFT. It’s straightforward and gets you ready to earn rewards right away! Here’s a quick guide:
Navigate to the NFT you want to stake and click ‘stake’. You can also stake all NFTs at once by clicking ‘stake all.’
For both methods, you’ll need to sign an off-chain transaction. This step verifies your ownership of the NFT and logs the staking action in our back-end database, ensuring everything is tracked accurately without incurring gas fees.
Unstake Your NFT
You can unstake your NFT at any time in Seedworld, however there will be a penalty involved.
If you decide to unstake, you won't be able to restake that NFT for 7 days. During this cooldown period, the stake button will be greyed out, indicating the temporary restriction.
To proceed with unstaking, select one or more NFTs and click on unstake.
Then make sure to review the disclaimer and click on unstake if you still want to proceed.
Scenario
Check out the following example to understand more about the points you earn, what they mean, and how this connects to $SWORLD.
When you stake 1 Deathrunner and 1 Eclipse Vanguard you will earn 2.5 points daily. Staking for 60 days will then earn you a total of 150 points. When the total points pool size is 150,000 points you have earned a 0.1% share, and also receive that same share of the $SWORLD reward pool for that specific period.

Token Vesting & Distribution
As outlined above 20% of the total NFT staking allocation will be rewarded to stakers at TGE. After TGE the remaining 80% will be distributed linearly during 8 months, meaning that you will need to continue to stake your NFTs to be eligible each month after TGE.
During TGE, we will have a unified token claim system. And then you will be able to use the claim system for future vestings as well.
